The first phase of our cadet pilot program takes place in the United States, in Florida — one of the most recognized locations in the world for professional flight training and one of the most popular destinations for pilot training in the United States.
Florida offers ideal conditions for pilot training year-round: stable weather, high aircraft availability, and a training infrastructure designed to maximize time in the air. This allows students to progress continuously without unnecessary delays, optimizing training from day one.
During this phase, training is conducted under FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) regulations, with a structured approach designed to also meet future EASA requirements.
This approach allows you to take full advantage of the U.S. training system while maintaining efficiency for your transition into Europe.
This ensures a smooth transition into the European system, avoiding unnecessary repetition, delays, and additional training costs later in the program.

PHASE 3. EARN YOUR EASA LICENSE
Flight training in Europe (Spain)
2–3 months
After completing your initial flight training in the United States, this phase takes place in Europe and focuses on converting your FAA licenses and ratings into the EASA system.
During this stage, you will complete the required European flight training while adapting to operational procedures, airspace structure, and regulatory standards used across Europe.
The goal is to obtain your EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) — a key requirement to access airline opportunities in the European aviation market. In Europe, pilots can access airline opportunities without the 1,500-hour requirement typically needed in the United States, making this pathway significantly more efficient.
This transition is carefully planned from the beginning of the program, allowing you to move from FAA to EASA smoothly, avoiding unnecessary repetition, delays, and additional training costs.
This phase represents the final step toward entering the professional aviation environment in Europe.
Training Bases in Southern Europe
Flight training takes place in southern Spain, one of the most favorable regions in Europe for pilot training.
We operate across multiple training bases in locations such as Jerez, Málaga, Córdoba, and Granada, selected for their operational efficiency, safety, and professional training environment.
These locations offer:
- Over 300 days of flyable weather per year
- Airspace suitable for advanced flight training

PHASE 4. FLIGHT SIMULATORS
Earn your APS/MCC certification and prepare for airline selection processes

The final phase of the program takes place in advanced simulation centers in Spain — primarily in Madrid — where students complete their training using full-flight simulators, typically A320.
The APS/MCC (Airline Pilot Standards & Multi-Crew Cooperation) course is the industry standard for airline pilot training and represents the final step between initial pilot training and real airline operations.
This phase directly connects your training with access to airline opportunities by placing you in a real airline training environment from day one.
Training is conducted in a multi-crew environment (two pilots), replicating real airline cockpit operations and allowing you to develop essential skills such as communication, decision-making, and workload management.
We carefully coordinate this phase to ensure efficient pairing between students, minimizing waiting times and allowing for a smooth and uninterrupted progression through the final stage of the program.
Airline-Focused Training
Becoming an airline pilot requires more than just licenses — it requires passing demanding airline selection processes, including technical interviews and simulator assessments.
